Among the Plums and Lilacs

Backyard foraging :)  Finally found some wild violets in the back yard! They smell heavenly.  Grape Hyacinth in the front yard.  Cherry Tree out front  Welcome to my blog! This is the first post. I appreciate you stopping by and here I will be sharing some things that may not quite fit on my business blog. I named this blog "Among the Plums and Lilacs" because I am lucky enough to have several Lilac bushes and Plum trees in and behind our backyard, and to me it sounds old fashioned. I am so grateful for these plants. They inspire me every year, the flowers of the Lilacs and later the bounty of plums we receive. I love reading blogs and I'm finding that I love writing them as well. It's kind of like an open journal, I hope I can share some interesting things with you in the posts to come.
